HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping for all U.S. orders and FREE shipping for U.S. orders $50+.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are direct from our shipping carriers, meaning we do not upcharge on shipping. The price you see is the exact cost to get your order to you.
DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
Yes! For Canadian orders, we recommend shopping on our Canadian website (billyjealousy.ca) to ensure that your shipping rates are accurate and affordable.
For all other international orders, simply enter your address at checkout to see available shipping rates. Our shipping rates are direct from our shipping carriers, meaning we do not upcharge on shipping. The price you see is the exact cost to get your order to you.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our flat rate shipping typically takes about 3-5 business days from the date that your order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed M-F are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped on the next business day.

WHY DID MY ORDER NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
Orders placed with our flat rate shipping may or may not come with a tracking number. All orders that weigh less than 1lb are shipped via First Class Mail and therefor do not come with tracking numbers. All orders that weigh more than 1lb will come with a tracking number which is emailed to you upon shipment.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. Please mail any returns to Billy Jealousy Returns, 2410 Farrington St. Dallas, TX 75207. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned product. It is recommended that you contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 214-745-5500 to notify us of your return, so we can ensure that your refund is processed in a timely manner.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?
If you received an incorrect product, please email email@example.com. We will ensure that the correct product is sent to you immediately and a prepaid return shipping label will be issued to your email address. Returns for incorrect products and shipping for your replacement product are paid for by Billy Jealousy.
